About Ben
After graduating from The Ohio State University with degrees in Biological Sciences (pre-medicine focus) and Business, Ben began his career as Director of Marketing at DOmedia — a startup in the NCT Ventures portfolio focused on out-of-home advertising technology.
From there, he co-founded Adfiki, a lead generation platform that leveraged the domain billboards.com to connect organic and paid traffic with buyers and sellers of out-of-home advertising. After a successful exit from Adfiki, Ben launched Webbed Interactive, a digital agency designing and building websites for small and medium-sized businesses.
Webbed Interactive partnered with QStart Labs as a development partner, and in 2014, Ben joined the QStart Labs team as a Software Engineer when they acquired Webbed Interactive. He became a partner and member of the leadership team in 2015, and today serves as President & CEO.
Ben leads QStart Labs' strategy, technical direction, and client partnerships, bringing his blend of entrepreneurial experience, technical expertise, and business acumen to help startups, growing businesses, and regulated enterprises build software that scales.
